Why Cash-Based Physical Therapy is the Future
ONE-ON-ONE THERAPY
Allows for 60 + minute one-on-one individualized sessions with complete focus on you. In a typical outpatient office therapists see multiple people at the same time. With private 60 minute sessions you not only get more specialized treatment but it also reduces the number of therapy sessions you need as you complete so much more per session.
COST EFFECTIVE
In a typical clinic they require at least 3 sessions a week, and most patients stay for 2-3 months, that is 30+ visits! With copays etc that adds up! With a cash-based out of network model, a lot of clients only need 1 or 2 visits a week as they are getting quality 60 minutes with a therapist. With this focused, quality therapy, patients generally don’t need to spend months and months in therapy as they get better quicker.
COMMUNICATION
Big outpatient practices often make it hard to get in contact with your therapist, you either have to wait on hold, leave a message, or get advice from someone who is not your therapist. With our therapists, you can reach out at any time with questions between your treatments. We will always respond your emails or phone calls at no fee.
SKILLED THERAPY FROM A DOCTOR
At big outpatient clinics, patients usually only get seen for 15 minutes by their physical therapist and then passed off to an aid or assistant to complete their exercises. This can mean they aren’t always making sure you are doing the exercises right, and they don’t individualize the exercises for you. With private one-on-one sessions, you are having constant feedback from your physical therapist, meaning more progress, quicker results, and more skilled therapy.
LESS LIMITATIONS
No Referral is required, which means when you have a problem you can see us straight away without having to wait to see your PCP first. After seeing us, you can also submit to insurance on your own time. The process is very simple, we provide an invoice/superbill after each therapy session with all the details needed for your insurance company. You can then chose when or if you would like to submit for reimbursement. You can do this at your own convenience and most insurance companies require it within the year of the treatment so there is no rush.
